Anthony grew up in Calgary and saw firsthand what housing instability does to a family and a neighbourhood. That experience became the reason Oliver exists: a company that gives homeowners real options at the exact moments — a deadline, an inheritance, a separation, a house that needs too much work — when the traditional process serves them worst.
Since founding Oliver in 2020, he’s led the company through more than 400 completed transactions, and put that experience back into the communities that raised him — buying the houses nobody else would touch, renewing them, and returning them to Calgary’s neighbourhoods as homes people are proud to live next to.
He’s a father first, a builder second, and allergic to complexity everywhere: the same discipline that runs his life runs the company — say what the thing costs, show the math, and let the homeowner decide.
